Job description:
For the professional team that is expanding in our office at the soldier level, we are looking for an experienced architect to lead the field of urban planning in the office.
Leading and formulating urban plans starting from the initial concept stage to details of plan documents according to the procedure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Ability to execute and guide regarding supplementary material for the program such as presentations and other documents.
Leading the field in the office includes working with clients, authorities and other professionals.
Job requirements:
Experience in urban planning at least 4 years.
Knowledge and experience in Statutory and working with the MABAT system.
Experience in planning on a medium to large scale, starting from initial planning stages to detailing the plan at the statutory level.
Experience in large urban renewal projects is an advantage.
Experience working with authorities, clients and external professionals.
Project management experience.
Excellent human relations.
Located in Ramat Hay’il – Tel Aviv
